Located approximately 17km from Putaruru you will find the Okoroire Hot Springs and 9 hole golf course.
Relax in 100% pure thermal spring waters nestled amongst ferns on the banks of the Waihou River.

The New Zealand Timber Museum
The museum was established near Putaruru in 1972, to celebrate, record and preserve the history of the timber industry particularly in the South Waikato District.
Open Tuesday - Saturday 10am to 4pm.
